The process is very simple. The easiest solution is to give us a call at 512-407-2644 to discuss your property and goals, or if you would rather you can fill out the form on the homepage with your contact information. We will call you to hear about your situation and the details of your property so we can determine how we can best help you. We will then do some research on your property and provide you with an offer, usually within a few hours. Once we agree on the price, we will draw up and sign a contract that can be taken to a title company. The title company would prepare everything for closing. Then you receive your money at the closing and you are done! No more need to worry about the land.

Of course. Most of the parcels of land we buy need improvements. Those are the ones we actually prefer. Don’t worry about any level of improvements. We can handle anything.

If you have land that does not need improvements, don’t worry, we also buy those.

After we speak with you over the phone, it usually only takes a couple of hours to give you our offer.

Typically, we schedule closing for 2-3 weeks but are willing to set it to be whenever is convenient for you. So whether you want to close within a week or a month, we can usually accommodate it.

Great question! If you decide you don’t like our offer, we can put you in touch with a realtor in your area that we know and trust. This won’t be nearly as quick as selling your land to us, but if you’re more comfortable with this we’re happy to do it!
